Many of you will have been aware of the ongoing consultation on the 'Surfing the Wave' documents over the last term. The response to the publication of these bold documents has been fantastic and opened a really interesting debate about the future of the student movement and our priorities for the years ahead.
Through the NUS 'strategic conversation' event as well as online surveys and presentations at various events NUS have collected and analysed a great deal of feedback.
NUS have now synthesised all the responses and commented on the way forward. The document below provides a useful summary as to how we are using your comments to compose the final drafts of the documents.
The documents will now go forward to NUS National Conference, NUS Services convention and AMSU conference later in the year. Please make sure you are fully informed and able to take part in the debates which will follow.
